Removing Members from Contract Pricing. Vendor must notify MMCAP at least 30 days prior to removing any MMCAP Members from contract pricing. Notices must be sent to: XXXXX.Xxxxxxxxx@xxxxx.xx.xx. If MMCAP does not receive notification that an MMCAP Member has been removed from contract pricing, Vendor will honor pricing until 30 days after such notice is provided to MMCAP.
