EXPIDENTIFY. This cloud-based software program will be offered to Members using Vendor’s returned goods service at the fee listed in Section 4. The program will provide Members with continuously updated manufacturer and regulator information to maximize pharmaceutical return credits, minimize pharmaceutical waste transfer, and ensure regulatory compliance. When the Member enters an item number into the EXPIDENTIFY system, the program will provide one of four system messages: manufacturer does not accept third party returns, item is not eligible for return, item is considered RCRA hazardous, or the item is potentially returnable. The system message will help the Member determine whether the product should be returned to the Vendor for processing, if the Member will need to do a direct return to the manufacturer outside of the Vendor’s system, or if the item should be processed as waste within the Member’s facility.
