Removing Items from Room. All furniture found in the room must remain in the room and on Humber property. There are no storage spaces in Residence.
Removing Items from Room. All furniture & equipment found in the Room must remain in the room for the entire term as specified in section 1.1 or the Resident is subject to an extra charge on their residence account.
Removing Items from Room. All furniture and equipment found in the suite must remain in the suite for the entire term as specified in 3.1 or the resident is subject to a labour charge and/or replacement charge on their residence account.
Removing Items from Room. All furniture, appliances, and equipment found in the premises at the commencement of the Resident’s occupancy must remain in the premises for the entire term as specified in sections 1.1 to 1.2 of this Agreement or the Resident is subject to subsequent charges as per section 7.4 of this Agreement.
