Removal of Officers. Any officer or agent may be removed by the Board of Managers at any time, with or without cause. Such removal shall be without prejudice to the contract rights, if any, of the person so removed. Appointment of an officer or agent shall not of itself create or be deemed to create any contract rights.
Removal of Officers. Any Executive Officer or Other Officer may be removed from office with or without cause at any time by the affirmative vote of a majority of the Board of Managers. Any Other Officer may be removed from office at any time with or without cause by the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer or the President and Chief Operating Officer.

Any such removal shall be without prejudice to the contract rights, if any, of the person so removed. Appointment of an officer or agent shall not of itself create contract rights.
Removal of Officers. Any of the Officers may be removed by the Member at any time, by written notice of such removal given without any prior notice or warning, for any reason whatsoever, and the Member shall appoint such Officer’s successor.
