Remote Substations. Interconnection of the Large Generating Facility to Connecting Transmission Owner’s 115 kV transmission system via the existing Inghams-Rotterdam Line 9/12 will require system modifications at the Connecting Transmission Owner’s Inghams and Rotterdam Substations, as further described below. Connecting Transmission Owner shall complete the engineering, procurement and construction of all System Upgrade Facilities at the Connecting Transmission Owner’s remote substations.
