Remote Administration Services Clause Samples

The Remote Administration Services clause defines the terms under which a service provider may access and manage a client's systems or networks from a remote location. Typically, this clause outlines the scope of remote access, security protocols to be followed, and any limitations or conditions on the use of remote tools. By establishing clear guidelines for remote administration, the clause helps ensure both operational efficiency and the protection of sensitive data, addressing concerns about unauthorized access and data breaches.
