Reminder and Subsequent Mailings. (i) Thirty-five (35) days after the first mailing by the Claims Administrator to Settlement Class Members, the Claims Administrator will mail, by first class U.S. mail, a second mailing, containing the same documents described in Section 11(a), to Settlement Class Members who have not returned a Valid Claim Form or submitted a timely request for exclusion from the State Settlement Class. The Parties will confer with the Claims Administrator concerning this second mailing to ensure that the process is as efficient as possible and without confusion. Seven (7) days prior to the second mailing, the Claims Administrator shall establish an automated telephone call to call Settlement Class Members who have not returned a Valid Claim Form or a timely request to opt-out to advise them that the second mailing shall be coming.
