Remedy sought. The grievant shall submit the written statement of grievance to his/her immediate supervisor for reconsideration and shall submit a copy to the official in the administration responsible for personnel. The parties will have ten (10) days from submission of the written statement of grievance to resolve it through meeting(s). A written statement indicating a disposition of the grievance shall be furnished to the aggrieved.
