Common use of Relevance Clause in Contracts

Relevance. During the construction and maintenance phases, the proposed Project will discharge its final effluent into nearby streams and rivers. The discharge must comply with the standards specified in this regulation before being allowed into the river in order to protect the rivers ecological function.
