Payment of Overpayment If at any time the Province provides Funds in excess of the amount to which the Recipient is entitled under the Agreement, the Province may:
Failure to Pay The Borrower fails to make a payment under this Agreement when due.
Entitlement to payment (i) An Employee shall be entitled to payment by the Employer for Ordinary Time Earnings lost through inclement weather for up to 32 hours in every four weeks. For the purpose of this sub-clause the following conditions shall apply:

Fees and Payment 2.1 All fees payable are due within 30 days from the invoice date. COSTS AND PAYMENT The payment by AT&T of Project Management Drivers is full compensation for Contractor providing Program Management Services to AT&T.
Payment Due Payment for services provided will be due on or before the next xxxx date (i.e., same date in the following month as the xxxx date) and is payable in immediately available funds. Payment is considered to have been made when received by BellSouth.
Invoices and Payment 16.1 Transnet shall pay the Supplier/Service Provider the amounts stipulated in each Purchase Order/Work Order, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
