Non-Discrimination and Other Requirements A. Section 504 applies only to Contractor who are providing services to members of the public. Contractor shall comply with § 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, which provides that no otherwise qualified handicapped individual shall, solely by reason of a disability, be excluded from the participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be subjected to discrimination in the performance of this Agreement.
PROVISION OF BULLETIN BOARD SPACE AND OTHER FACILITIES 8.1 The Council will continue its present practice whereby it provides bulletin board space for the posting of Association notices pertaining to such matters, but not limited to, elections, appointments and social and recreational affairs. Such notices will continue to be subject to the approval of the Council.
Contract and other writing(s) setting forth the final agreements, clarifications and terms between the Bid Documents and Contractor’s Bid. In the latter circumstance, clarifications must specifically note in writing what was offered by the Contractor and what was accepted by the State. Termination and Other Remedies a. If Registered User breaches the provisions in this Agreement or otherwise uses data or information improperly as deemed by Clerk, the Clerk has the right to terminate this Agreement immediately and pursue any other remedy available at law or in equity.
TECHNOLOGICAL AND OTHER CHANGES 29.01 Without restricting its right to determine the methods by which municipal services are to be provided, the Corporation agrees that no employee shall be laid off or have his employment terminated as a result of a technological change in methods.
Notices and Other Communications Any and all notices, statements, demands or other communications hereunder may be given by a party to the other by mail, facsimile, telegraph, messenger or otherwise to the address specified in Annex II hereto, or so sent to such party at any other place specified in a notice of change of address hereafter received by the other. All notices, demands and requests hereunder may be made orally, to be confirmed promptly in writing, or by other communication as specified in the preceding sentence.
System Protection and Other Control Requirements Developer shall provide, install and test relay protection systems at the Merchant Transmission Facility to interface with those systems installed by Connecting Transmission Owner at the West 49th Street Substation.
Financial and Other Covenants Borrower shall at all times comply with the financial and other covenants set forth in the Schedule.
