Reimbursement of Expenditure. If Beneficiary shall expend any money chargeable to Grantor or subject to reimbursement by Grantor under the terms of the Loan Instruments, Grantor shall repay the same to Beneficiary immediately at the place where the Note is payable, together with interest thereon at the Default Rate provided for in the Note.
