Common use of Reimbursement for Loss of Personal Property Clause in Contracts

Reimbursement for Loss of Personal Property. The Board shall reimburse attendance investigators and security officers for the reasonable cost of any clothing or other personal property damaged or destroyed while the attendance investigator or security officer was acting in the discharge of his/her duties within the scope of his/her employment with approval of the Principal and Superintendent. Reimbursements for clothing or uniforms made under these circumstances shall be in addition to, and not covered by, the annual clothing allowance cited in subparagraph c. below.

Reimbursement for Loss of Personal Property. The Board shall reimburse attendance investigators and security officers for the reasonable cost of any clothing or other personal property damaged or destroyed as a result of an assault suffered by an attendance investigator or security officer while the attendance investigator or security officer was acting in the discharge of his/her duties within the scope of his/her employment with approval of the Principal and Superintendent. Reimbursements for clothing or uniforms made under these circumstances shall be in addition to, and not covered by, the annual clothing allowance cited in subparagraph c. belowemployment.
