Common use of Rehearsal Locations Clause in Contracts

Rehearsal Locations. (A) Rehearsals Moved to a New Location Should it be necessary to move rehearsals to a different rehearsal hall in the same building, where possible, Stage Management personnel shall be allowed at least one-and-a-half (1-1/2) hours for setting up for rehearsal in the new location. For any infringement of the overnight rest period the Artist shall be paid the overnight rest period infringement rate as specified in Clause 38:01(D).
