Regulations and Policies. a) The Company has the exclusive right to make, modify and implement regulations, policies and procedures to be observed by the employees; such regulations, policies and procedures must not be inconsistent with the provisions of the present agreement. Furthermore, where in the present agreement it is provided that a policy is maintained, such policy remains in force and may not be modified by the Company for the duration of the present agreement;
