Campfires Sample Clauses

The 'Campfires' clause sets out the rules and restrictions regarding the use of campfires on a property or during an event. It typically specifies whether campfires are permitted, under what conditions they may be lit (such as designated areas or fire bans), and any safety measures that must be followed, like having water or extinguishing tools nearby. This clause is essential for minimizing fire hazards, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and protecting both people and property from accidental fire damage.
