Regular Work Schedule. A. The regular work schedule shall consist of seven and one-half (7 1/2) hours of work, plus a one (1) hour unpaid meal period per day, five (5) days per week. B. For all employees there shall be a paid fifteen (15) minute rest period during the first half of the shift and another paid fifteen (15) minute rest period during the second half of the shift. C. Offices are generally open from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, or such alternative hours as may be established by the Employer.

There shall be a one-hour unpaid meal period. B. For all employees of the bargaining unit, there shall be a two (2) paid fifteen (15) minute rest period periods, one during the first half of the shift and another paid fifteen (15) minute rest period one during the second half of the shift. C. Offices are generally open from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, or such alternative hours as may be established by the Employer.
