Common use of Regular Work Schedule Clause in Contracts

Regular Work Schedule. The regularly scheduled work week shall consist of thirty-seven and one-half (37.5) hours, and consist of five (5) seven and one half (7.5) hours of work, plus a one (1) hour unpaid meal period days. The standard work hours will be 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., unless otherwise determined by the Employer, and with notice to the Union.
