Common use of Regular Work Day Clause in Contracts

Regular Work Day. a. The regular work day shall be defined as the amount of time per day that teachers shall be required to be present at their assigned place of work during such days as determined by the Employer.

The "regular work day day" shall be defined as the amount period of time per during which a person covered by this Agreement is engaged in the professional duties for which he is employed by the Committee. The length of the regular work day that teachers as set forth herein shall be required to be present at their assigned place exclusive of work during such days the time which an employee spends in meetings and conferences as determined by the Employer.set forth in Part F.
