Regular Salary. 3.9.1 For the purposes of calculating wages, fee-based, non-FTES-generating classes and not-for-credit contract classes are excluded from this section of the agreement. 3.9.2 Placement of all faculty will be determined by Class (column) and Step as described below: Class I: AA + 6 years occupational experience; and BA + 2 years of occupational experience.
