Common use of REGISTRATION OF AN EMPLOYER Clause in Contracts

REGISTRATION OF AN EMPLOYER. (1) Every employer on whom this part of the Agreement is binding and who has not already done so in terms of the previous agreement, shall within seven days of the date on which this part of the Agreement becomes binding furnish to the Secretary of the Council such particulars as are relevant, in the form and manner specified by the Council .
