Register of Warrants. (1) The Warrant Agent shall maintain records and accounts concerning the Warrants, whether certificated or uncertificated, which shall contain the information called for below with respect to each Warrant, together with such other information as may be required by law or as the Warrant Agent may elect to record. All such information shall be kept in one set of accounts and records which the Warrant Agent shall designate (in such manner as shall permit it to be so identified as such by an unaffiliated party) as the register of the holders of Warrants. The information to be entered for each account in the register of Warrants at any time shall include (without limitation):

The Company shall maintain, at the principal office of the Company (or such other office as it may designate by notice to the Holder), a register in which the Company shall record the name and address of the Person in whose name this Warrant has been issued, as well as the name and address of each successor and prior owner of such Warrant. The Company shall be entitled to treat the Person in whose name this Warrant is so registered as the sole and absolute owner of this Warrant for all purposes.

The Company will cause to be kept by and at the principal offices of the Trustee in the City of Vancouver and by the Trustee or such other registrar as the Company, with the approval of the Trustee, may appoint, at such other place or places, if any, as the Company may designate with the approval of the Trustee, registers in which will be entered in alphabetical order the names and addresses (including street and number, if any) of the holders of Series A Warrants and Series B Warrants and particulars of the Series A and Series B Warrants held by them respectively.
Register of Warrants. The Warrants shall be registered in accounts kept in the name of their holders in a register of Warrants to be maintained by Caja de Valores (the “Register of Warrants”) or whoever is designated by the Company in the future, including the Company (the “Registrar”).

Register of Warrants. The Company will cause to be kept by and at the principal offices of the Trustee in the City of Vancouver and by the Trustee or such other registrar as the Company, with the approval of the Trustee, may appoint, at such other place or places, if any, as the Company may designate with the approval of the Trustee, registers in which will be entered in alphabetical order the names and addresses (including street and number, if any) of the holders of Series A Warrants, Series B Warrants and Series C Warrants and particulars of the Series A, Series B and Series C Warrants held by them respectively.

The Company shall maintain, at the principal office of the Company (or such other office as it may designate by notice to the Holder hereof), a register in which the Company shall record the name and address of the person in whose name this Warrant has been issued, as well as the name and address of each transferee and each prior owner of such Warrant. The ownership of the Warrant shall be proved by reference to the register and, prior to due presentation for registration of transfer, the Company may treat the person in whose name the Warrant shall be registered as the absolute owner thereof for all purposes.
