Overtime requirements No contractor or subcontractor contracting for any part of the contract work which may require or involve the employment of laborers or mechanics shall require or permit any such laborer or mechanic in any workweek in which he or she is employed on such work to work in excess of forty hours in such workweek unless such laborer or mechanic receives compensation at a rate not less than one and one-half times the basic rate of pay for all hours worked in excess of forty hours in such workweek.
Time Requirements The Independent Contractor will not be required to follow or establish a regular or daily work schedule, but shall devote during the term of this Agreement the time, energy and skill as necessary to perform the services of this engagement and shall, periodically or at any time upon the request of the Company, submit information as to the amount of time worked and scope of work performed.
Age Requirement The employee must have reached the age of fifty-five (55) before reduction in workload.
LIVING WAGE REQUIREMENT Contractor shall comply with, and ensure its subcontractors performing work under this Contract comply with, Milwaukee Board of School Directors’ Administrative Policy 3.09(17), which requires that employees be paid a “living wage.”
Service Requirement Except as otherwise provided in Section 6(e) of the Plan or Section 2 of this Agreement, this Option may be exercised only while you continue to provide Service to the Company or any Affiliate, and only if you have continuously provided such Service since the Grant Date of this Option.
Time Frames The discipline process shall be completed within six (6) months from the date of the first notification, or within such other extended period of time as is provided for in this Agreement.
Notice Requirement No termination of this Agreement shall be effective unless and until the party terminating this Agreement gives prior written notice to all other parties of its intent to terminate, which notice shall set forth the basis for the termination. Furthermore,
Invoice Requirements Contractor hereby waives the right to enforce any term which contradicts or modifies any term of the solicitation or any Contract that may result, including subsequent amendments to the Contract, or would result in an unencumbered expense if enforced against the state. Conference requirement and procedure 4.5.1 The employer, or the employers’ representative, shall, when requested by the employees or an employee representative, confer (within a reasonable period of time which should not exceed 1 hour) for the purpose of determining weather or not conditions are inclement. Weather shall not be regarded as inclement unless it is agreed at such conference.
Prevailing Wage Requirements California Labor Code and/ or Resolutions of the San Xxxx City Council require the payment of not less than the general prevailing rate of per diem wages and rates for holiday and overtime and adherence to all labor standards and regulations. The General Prevailing Wage Rates may be adjusted throughout the term of this Agreement. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, Contractor shall not be entitled to any adjustment in compensation rates in the event there are adjustments to the General Prevailing Wage Rates.
