References in this Agreement to the Company in the context of providing services to the Company shall include the Company and all of its Affiliates as the context reasonably requires, including without limitation Sections 8 and 9. References in this Agreement to employment with the Company shall also refer to employment with the Employer as the context reasonably requires.
