Common use of Red Circled Journeypersons and Forepersons Clause in Contracts

Red Circled Journeypersons and Forepersons. Where, at the time of ratification of this agreement, an employee is paid above the applicable rate contained in this agreement, that employee shall receive an increase of one and one half percent (1.5%) to his existing wage rate. Thereafter, at the times of scheduled increases, Red Circled journeypersons and forepersons will receive an increase equal to the scheduled increase.
