Recycled Products The Provider shall procure any recycled products or materials, which are the subject of or are required to carry out this Contract, in accordance with the provisions of sections 403.7065, F.S.
Recycled Paper 23.1 The Contractor shall ensure that all paper used in the production of reports, documents and other materials arising out of the performance by the Contractor of their duties under this Contract consists of a minimum of sixty-per-cent recycled content of which seventy-five per cent is post-consumer waste.
Recycled Materials Xxxxxxx County encourages the use of products made of recycled materials and shall give preference in purchasing to products made of recycled materials if the products meet applicable specifications as to quantity and quality. Before installation, all proposed substitutes for the original manufacturer’s installed parts or components must be approved by the Authorized User. The part or component shall be equal to or of better quality than the original part or component being replaced.
