Common use of Recurrent Illness Clause in Contracts

Recurrent Illness. If a nurse returns from EIT and must be absent again within ten (10) calendar days for the same condition that justified the taking of EIT under Section 10.2, the nurse may access EIT as if the condition had resulted in consecutive absences.

Recurrent Illness. If a nurse returns from EIT EIT/PTO and must be absent again within ten (10) calendar days for the same condition that which justified the taking of EIT EIT/PTO under Section 10.211.2, the nurse may access EIT pay as if the condition had resulted in consecutive absences.

Recurrent Illness. If a nurse returns from EIT EIT/PTO and must be absent again within ten (10) calendar days for the same condition that justified the taking of EIT EIT/PTO under Section 10.29.2, the nurse may access EIT pay as if the condition had resulted in consecutive absences.
