Record and Payment Dates. The record date for the determination of the Holders entitled to receive payment of, and the payment date for, any dividend declared on the Convertible Voting Shares under Section 3.1 hereof shall be the same dates as the record date and payment date, respectively, for the corresponding dividend declared on the IPC Delaware Common Shares.
Record and Payment Dates. 26.5 The Record Date with respect to any Class A Dividend declared by the board of directors and the payment date of such Class A Dividend will be the same dates as the Record Date and the payment date, respectively, for the corresponding distribution declared on the BBU Units, each as approved by the board of directors.

The record date for the determination of the holders of Exchangeable Shares entitled to receive Exchangeable Shares in connection with any subdivision of the Exchangeable Shares under Sections 26.3(a)(ii) and 26.3(f), and the effective date of such subdivision, shall be the same dates as the record and payment date, respectively, for the corresponding stock or share dividend or other distribution declared on the Delaware Common Stock.

Record and Payment Dates. The Board may fix a record date for the determination of holders of Series B Preferred Stock entitled to receive a dividend or distribution pursuant to Section 4.2(a), which date shall be the same as the record date for the corresponding dividend or distribution on the Common Stock. The payment date for any such dividend or distribution shall be on or before the payment date for the corresponding dividend or distribution on the Common Stock.

The record date for the determination of the holders of Exchangeable Shares entitled to receive payment of, and the payment date for, any dividend or distribution declared on the Exchangeable Shares under Section 3(a) shall be the same dates as the record date and payment date, respectively, for the corresponding dividend or distribution declared on the Molycorp Shares. The record date for the determination of the holders of Exchangeable Shares entitled to receive Exchangeable Shares in connection with any subdivision of the Exchangeable Shares under Section 3(a)(ii) and the effective date of such subdivision shall be the same dates as the record and payment date, respectively, for the corresponding stock dividend or distribution declared on the Molycorp Shares.

The record date for the determination of the holders of Exchangeable LP Units entitled to receive payment of, and the payment date for, any distribution declared on the Exchangeable LP Units under Section 3.1 hereof will be the same dates as the record date and payment date, respectively, for the corresponding distribution declared on the BPY Units. The record date for the determination of the holders of Exchangeable LP Units entitled to receive Exchangeable LP Units in connection with any Subdivision of the Exchangeable LP Units under Section 3.2 and the effective date of such Subdivision will be the same dates as the record date and payment date, respectively, for the corresponding distribution declared on the BPY Units.
