Cooperation and Assistance (i) The Parties shall cooperate with each other in the filing of any Tax Returns and the conduct of any audit or other proceeding. They each shall execute and deliver such powers of attorney and make available such other documents as are reasonably necessary to carry out the intent of this Section 6.14.

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS AND ASSIGNMENTS (In 2011, the Florida Legislature passed statutory changes eliminating the granting of new Professional Service Contracts and prohibiting the School Board from following the requirements outlined in Sections 14.1, 14.1-1, 14.1-2, and 14.1-3 of the contract below. Peer Assistance and Review (PAR) Consulting Teachers (CT) will be assigned to all new teachers with no prior teaching experience and tenured teachers rated ineffective on the qualitative measures at the end of the previous school year and recommended by the PAR Panel. HOME ASSISTANCE TO BE PROVIDED The right of either the Owner or Tenant to receive TBRA Program assistance under this Contract is, at all times, subject to each party’s compliance with this Contract’s terms and requirements.
Annual Representations and Certifications Any changes provided by the Offeror in paragraph (b)(2) of this provision do not automatically change the representations and certifications in XXX.

EDUCATION AND ASSISTANCE FUND 18.01 The Employer shall contribute to the Union’s Education and Assistance Fund the amount identified at Schedule “A” for each hour worked by each employee covered by this Agreement, and shall remit such contributions to the Union together with union dues, and in the manner described in the Remittances to the Union article and in the Union’s remittance directive.
Representations and Recommendations Unless otherwise stated in writing, neither Xxxxxxxx Realty Inc, nor its brokers or licensees have made, on their own behalf, any representations or warranties, express or implied, with respect to any element of the Property including but not limited to, the legal sufficiency, legal effect, or tax consequences of this transaction. Any information furnished by either party should be independently verified before that party relies on such information. Xxxxxxxx Realty Inc. recommends that Buyer consult its attorneys and accountants before signing this Agreement regarding the terms and conditions herein and that Seller satisfy itself as to the financial ability of Buyer to perform.
