Receiver as Agent. Each Receiver shall be the agent of the Chargor, which shall be solely responsible for their acts or defaults, and for their remuneration and expenses, and be liable on any agreements or engagements made or entered into by them. The Security Agent will not be responsible for any misconduct, negligence or default of a Receiver.
Receiver as Agent. A Receiver shall be the agent of the Chargor and (subject to the provisions of this Deed) the Chargor shall be solely responsible for his acts or defaults and for his remuneration.

Receiver as Agent. (a) Any Receiver shall be the agent of each Chargor for all purposes and accordingly shall be deemed to be in the same position as a Receiver duly appointed by a mortgagee under the Law of Property Act 1925.

The Receiver will be deemed to be the agent of the Debtor for the purpose of establishing liability for the acts or omissions of the Receiver and the Creditor will not be liable for such acts or omissions and, without restricting the generality of the foregoing, the Debtor hereby irrevocably authorizes the Creditor to give instructions to the Receiver relating to the performance of its duties as set out herein.
