Receipt Form. The quantity of Material defined in Exhibit A will be delivered by SDSU to Recipient in bailment solely for the Authorized Use by mail to the address of Recipient stated below, or as otherwise provided to SDSU in writing. Risk of loss for the Material and liability for any damage to or resulting from the Material while in transit shall pass to Recipient upon departure from SDSU. The Material will be accompanied by a Receipt Form similar as set forth in Exhibit D. Immediately upon receipt of such Material, Recipient will sign and return to SDSU the enclosed Receipt Form according to the directions specified by the Receipt Form along with a check made out to SDSU in the amount of [XXX] to reimburse SDSU for the cost of providing the Material. SDSU has no obligation to provide additional quantities of Material. Nothing herein will be construed as a sale of the Materials or to convey any right, title or interest in or to any intellectual or tangible property rights of SDSU, all of which rights, titles and interests are expressly reserved by SDSU including, without limitation, any patent rights that may claim the Material, and no obligation to convey such rights will be implied.
