Receipt and Checking of Examination Material. All examination material sent to Invigilators shall be by Courier Post. Parcels shall be sent “signature required” unless the Customer Services Manager is satisfied with the Invigilator's arrangements with Courier Post for parcel delivery when there is no-one home to receive the parcel. Examination material shall be placed in a plain envelope that shall be securely sealed. This envelope is then placed in a courier pack and sealed in the appropriate manner. Each parcel shall include: • The exam paper and answer sheet. • The session roll. • Courier packs, or tickets, and plain envelopes for returning examination material. • An inter-office envelope for use when any candidate pays for priority marking or for an outstanding charge payable at the sitting. Examinations will be dispatched 5 working days before the examination sitting. It is the responsibility of the Invigilator to which the parcel was addressed, to inform Aspeq Head Office via Tasman messaging system when it has been received. If the parcel has not been received, the Invigilator must contact Aspeq Head Office via telephone or Tasman message immediately in order for Aspeq Head Office to track its location. On receipt of examination material, the Invigilator will check that all material necessary arrived. Any deficiencies should be advised to Aspeq Head Office immediately so that action can be taken to remedy the situation before the examination date. A check shall be made of specific examination subjects against the session roll to ensure that the correct papers and quantities of papers have been sent. There should also be a check made to ensure that there are sufficient answer books or answer sheets available and any other material requirements have been supplied. It is stressed that the responsibility rests with Aspeq Head Office to send out the correct material but a final check by Invigilators can prevent many problems arising in the examination centre if all deficiencies have been rectified well before the sitting date.

  • Court Ordered Requests for Call Detail Records and Other Subscriber Information 7.1 To the extent technically feasible, BellSouth maintains call detail records for Mpower end users for limited time periods and can respond to subpoenas and court ordered requests for this information. BellSouth shall maintain such information for Mpower end users for the same length of time it maintains such information for its own end users.

  • RELEASE OF BID EVALUATION MATERIALS Requests concerning the evaluation of Bids may be submitted under the Freedom of Information Law. Information, other than statistical or factual tabulations or data such as the Bid Tabulation, shall only be released as required by law after Contract award. Bid Tabulations are not maintained for all procurements. Names of Bidders may be disclosed after Bid opening upon request. Written requests should be directed to the Commissioner.

  • Patient Information Each Party agrees to abide by all laws, rules, regulations, and orders of all applicable supranational, national, federal, state, provincial, and local governmental entities concerning the confidentiality or protection of patient identifiable information and/or patients’ protected health information, as defined by any other applicable legislation in the course of their performance under this Agreement.

  • Examination and Retention of Contractor's Records (a) The HA, HUD, or Comptroller General of the United States, or any of their duly authorized representatives shall, until 3 years after final payment under this contract, have access to and the right to examine any of the Contractor's directly pertinent books, documents, papers, or other records involving transactions related to this contract for the purpose of making audit, examination, excerpts, and transcriptions.

  • Inspection Checklist (check one) ☐ In order to avoid disagreements about the condition of the Premises, at the time of accepting possession of the Premises, Tenant will complete the Inspection Checklist incorporated herein by reference and attached hereto as Exhibit B and record any damage or deficiencies that exist at the commencement of the Term. Landlord will be liable for the cost of any cleaning or repair to correct damages found at the time of the inspection. Tenant will be liable for the cost of any cleaning and/or repair to correct damages found at the end of the Term if not recorded on the inspection checklist, normal wear and tear excepted. ☐ The Tenant is NOT required to complete an inspection checklist.

  • Criminal Background Checks Provider and College reserve the right to conduct criminal background checks on Resident to determine Resident’s suitability to live in Residence Facility, and Resident consents and agrees that Provider and College has permission to conduct criminal background checks on Resident.

  • Records Retention and Examination Contractor shall retain, protect, and maintain in an accessible location all records and documents, including paper, electronic, and computer records, relating to this Contract for five (5) years after receipt of final payment by City under this Contract. Contractor shall make all such records and documents available for inspection, copying, or other reproduction, and auditing by authorized representatives of City, including the Purchasing Agent or designee. Contractor shall make available all requested data and records at reasonable locations within City or County of San Diego at any time during normal business hours, and as often as City deems necessary. If records are not made available within the City or County of San Diego, Contractor shall pay City’s travel costs to the location where the records are maintained and shall pay for all related travel expenses. Failure to make requested records available for inspection, copying, or other reproduction, or auditing by the date requested may result in termination of the Contract. Contractor must include this provision in all subcontracts made in connection with this Contract.

  • Documentation and Record Keeping 1. Records to be Maintained Subrecipient shall maintain all records required by the Federal regulations specified in 24 CFR 570.506 that are pertinent to the activities to be funded under this Contract. Such records shall include, but not be limited to:

  • Record and File Retention Grantee must maintain these files for five years after the end of the applicable fiscal year, except that, if any litigation, claim or audit is commenced with respect to the transactions documented by such files before the end of the aforementioned five-year period and extends beyond the expiration of the five-year period, these files must be retained until all litigation, claims, or audit findings involving the files have been resolved.

  • Payment of Checks, Drafts and Orders Subject to Section 9.5, the Assuming Institution agrees to pay all properly drawn checks, drafts and withdrawal orders of depositors of the Failed Bank presented for payment, whether drawn on the check or draft forms provided by the Failed Bank or by the Assuming Institution, to the extent that the Deposit balances to the credit of the respective makers or drawers assumed by the Assuming Institution under this Agreement are sufficient to permit the payment thereof, and in all other respects to discharge, in the usual course of conducting a banking business, the duties and obligations of the Failed Bank with respect to the Deposit balances due and owing to the depositors of the Failed Bank assumed by the Assuming Institution under this Agreement.
