Rollovers of Settlement Payments From Bankrupt Airlines If you are a qualified airline employee who has received a qualified airline settlement payment from a commercial airline carrier under the approval of an order of a federal bankruptcy court, you are allowed to roll over up to 90 percent of the proceeds to your Traditional IRA, within 180 days after receipt of such amount, or by a later date if extended by federal law. If you make such a rollover contribution, you may exclude the amount rolled over from your gross income in the taxable year in which the airline settlement payment was paid to you. If you are a qualified airline employee who has received a qualified airline settlement payment from a commercial airline carrier under the approval of an order of a federal bankruptcy court in a case filed after September 11, 2001, and before January 1, 2007, you are allowed to roll over any portion of the proceeds into your Xxxx XXX within 180 days after receipt of such amount, or by a later date if extended by federal law. Insurance Settlements; Assignment of Proceeds If Xxxxxxxx abandons the Property, Lender may file, negotiate, and settle any available insurance claim and related matters. If Xxxxxxxx does not respond within 30 days to a notice from Lender that the insurance carrier has offered to settle a claim, then Xxxxxx may negotiate and settle the claim. The 30-day period will begin when the notice is given. In either event, or if Lender acquires the Property under Section 26 or otherwise, Borrower is unconditionally assigning to Lender (i) Borrower’s rights to any insurance proceeds in an amount not to exceed the amounts unpaid under the Note and this Security Instrument, and (ii) any other of Borrower’s rights (other than the right to any refund of unearned premiums paid by Borrower) under all insurance policies covering the Property, to the extent that such rights are applicable to the coverage of the Property. If Lender files, negotiates, or settles a claim, Xxxxxxxx agrees that any insurance proceeds may be made payable directly to Lender without the need to include Borrower as an additional loss payee. Lender may use the insurance proceeds either to repair or restore the Property (as provided in Section 5(d)) or to pay amounts unpaid under the Note or this Security Instrument, whether or not then due.
VACANCIES, PROMOTIONS AND TRANSFERS A. The Board recognizes that it is desirable in making assignments to consider the interests and aspirations of its teachers. Requests by a teacher for a transfer to a different class, building, or position shall be made in writing, one copy of which shall be filed with the Superintendent. Such requests shall be renewed once each year to assure active consideration by the Board. The Board will give serious consideration to such requests.

Room Reassignment The Manager may in its sole and unfettered discretion, relocate the Resident to another Room upon 48 hours advance written notice. The Resident agrees to comply with the terms of any relocation notice and to remove and relocate the Resident’s property to the Room designated in the relocation notice. Residents are required to comply with any de-densifying efforts required on campus due to Covid-19 or other public health or safety emergency, including, but not limited to, the relocation of all or some residential students to alternative housing. Relocation does not constitute a termination of a residential student’s housing contract. In the event that the Manager must relocate students as part of a de-densifying strategy due to public health, safety or other concerns for an extended period of time and alternative housing is not available, the Manager may, in its sole and unfettered discretion, pay impacted students fair and reasonable reimbursement (as determined by the Manager) as appropriate and based on information available at that time and in full and final satisfaction of the Manager’s and the Institution’s obligations hereunder.
Reassignment The Superintendent cannot be reassigned from the position of Superintendent to another position without the Superintendent’s express written consent.
