Rearrangements 5.10.1 Rearrangement of a dedicated transport or combination that includes dedicated transport that requires a CFA change: A request to move a working NewPhone circuit from one CFA to another NewPhone CFA, where both CFAs terminate in the same BellSouth Central Office (Change in CFA), shall not constitute the establishment of new service. The applicable rates set forth in Exhibit A shall apply.
Change of Shift When an employee's regularly scheduled shift is changed to another shift in that day, he/she shall be given prior notice as follows:
Exchange of Shifts Employees may exchange shifts with the approval of the Employer, provided that, whenever possible, sufficient advance notice in writing is given and provided that there is no increase in cost to the Employer.

Receivership The employment of a receiver appointed by court order to take possession of substantially all of Tenant’s assets or the Premises, if such receivership remains undissolved for a period of thirty (30) days;
Split Shifts No shift shall be split for a period longer than the regularly scheduled meal and rest periods as provided for in Article 14.08.
Travel Arrangements I understand that Harvard does not represent or act as an agent for, and cannot control the acts or omissions of, any host family, employer, transportation carrier, hotel, tour organizer or other provider of food, goods or services involved in the Project. I understand that Harvard is not responsible for matters that are beyond its control, and that it cannot warrant the safety or convenience of the circumstances under which I will be living or working.

Arrangement of Hours (a) The ordinary hours of work, exclusive of meal times, shall not exceed an average of 38 hours per week.
Requests for Flexible Working Arrangements 49.1 Employee may request change in working arrangements Clause 49 applies where an Employee has made a request for a change in working arrangements under s.65 of the Act. Note 1: Section 65 of the Act provides for certain Employees to request a change in their working arrangements because of their circumstances, as set out in s.65(1A).
