Common use of Real Estate Brokers Clause in Contracts

Real Estate Brokers. Each party represents that it has not had dealings with any real estate broker, finder or other person with respect to this Lease in any manner, except for any broker named in the Basic Lease Information, whose fees or commission, if earned, shall be paid as provided in the Basic Lease Information. Each party shall hold harmless the other party from all damages resulting from any claims that may be asserted against the other party by any other broker, finder or other person with whom the other party has or purportedly has dealt.

Real Estate Brokers. Each party represents to the other that it has not had dealings dealt with any real estate broker, agent, or finder or other person in connection with respect to this Lease in any manner, except for any broker named in the Basic Lease Information, whose fees or commission, if earned, shall be paid as provided in the Basic Lease Information. Each party shall hold harmless the other party from all damages resulting from any claims that may be asserted against the other party by any other broker, finder or other person with whom the other party has or purportedly has dealt.
