Re-Mailing of Returned Class Notices. The Claims Administrator will promptly re-mail any Notices that are returned as non-deliverable with a forwarding address to such forwarding address. For all returned mail that does not contain a forwarding address, the Claims Administrator will perform reasonable data searches to attempt to obtain more recent and valid mailing address information on the Settlement Class Member. All costs of such research will be considered Settlement Costs.
