Common use of R&D Services and Statements of Work Clause in Contracts

R&D Services and Statements of Work. (a) GE Global Research and any Xxxxx Xxxxxx Entities may agree from time to time on certain GE Provided R&D Services to be provided by GE Global Research to such Xxxxx Xxxxxx Entities in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement and certain statements of work issued by one or more Xxxxx Xxxxxx Entity and accepted by GE Global Research, or other written agreements or correspondence (whether or not referring to this Agreement) to be entered into by or exchanged between GE Global Research and such Xxxxx Xxxxxx Entities (each, a “GE Statement of Work”).
