Common use of Rates for Services Clause in Contracts

Rates for Services. County shall pay Contractor at a rate of ONE HUNDRED TWENTY- FOUR DOLLARS AND SIXTY-ONE CENTS ($124.61) per hour for up to an average of twenty-seven (27) hours per week for the term of the Agreement.
