The Project’s goal and objectives are aligned with those of the National Poverty Reduction Strategy 2013-2020, namely, containment and reduction of poverty, vulnerability and inequality in rural areas through creation of productive employment and income generating opportunities for the rural poor and vulnerable, especially youth and women.

GOAL AND OBJECTIVE. The intended impact of the five year Peace and Development Programme (PDP) is to build a more peaceful and inclusive Somali Region. The objective of this assignment is to design and implement one of four components of the PDP that will increase the professionalism and accountability of safety and justice service providers in the Somali Region to communities.
