Quality Issue. 7.1 Upon receipt of goods, the Buyer shall make random inspections on all the goods and issue the corresponding acceptance documents. The unqualified products will be returned to the Seller together with documents, with freight borne by the Seller.

Quality Issue. The project quality shall conform to the national acceptance standard. If the quality does not meet the requirements, the Contractor shall rectify. After the rework is qualified, the Project Owner shall have the right to deduct the economic loss caused to the Project Owner from the Contractor's project settlement. If the Contractor does not take the aforesaid measures that the Designer, Supervisor, Project Management Company's Representative and Project Owner / Project Owner's Representative respectively or jointly consider must be taken within the time specified by the Project Owner / Project Owner's Representative or Project Management Company's Representative to make up the defect in engineering quality, the Project Owner / Project Owner's Representative shall have the right to entrust a third party to ​ ​ ​ --P192-- 2019-12-12 08:36:25 ​ ​ ​ enter the construction site to carry out the construction work accordingly, and all expenses incurred shall be borne by the Contractor.   • Quality Management Grantee will:

  • Quality All products will be new and unused. All products provided by the Contractor must meet all federal, state, and local standards for quality and safety requirements.
