Quality Issue. 7.1 Upon receipt of goods, the Buyer shall make random inspections on all the goods and issue the corresponding acceptance documents. The unqualified products will be returned to the Seller together with documents, with freight borne by the Seller. 7.2 In case that any delivered goods are defective, the Buyer may choose to continue to perform this Contract or not.
