Quality Control Program. The Engineer shall have a quality control program in place that ensures that all deliverable work is of high quality. The quality control program shall include a Quality Assurance (QA) plan to monitor the quality control process. The Engineer shall submit a plan detailing its program to the Inspection Branch of the State Bridge Division for review and approval prior to beginning work. The State may review or audit the programs.
