BUYER shall maintain, for all Blend-Grade Gasoline and Blend- Grade Distillate purchased under this Addendum and all resulting Blended Product, an oversight program to ensure fuel quality and safety and to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Prior to purchase of any Blend-Grade Gasoline or Blend-Grade Distillate, BUYER shall provide a copy of BUYER’s oversight program to MPC.
