Quality Assurance and Testing Sample Clauses
The Quality Assurance and Testing clause establishes the standards and procedures for verifying that goods or services meet specified requirements before acceptance. It typically outlines the methods, timing, and responsibilities for conducting inspections, tests, or reviews, and may require the supplier to remedy any deficiencies identified during this process. This clause ensures that deliverables conform to agreed-upon quality benchmarks, thereby reducing the risk of defects and disputes over performance.
Quality Assurance and Testing. During software development, IT Consultant shall include a phase for quality assurance and testing of all Software. Quality assurance and testing must follow documented industry standard methodology, protocol and best practices and be previously approved by an appropriate District Director of Administrative/Academic Systems. Quality assurance and testing documentation should include the following:
i. Quality assurance and testing overview.
ii. Module and functionality testing.
iii. Modifications based upon quality control and quality assurance testing results. The IT Consultant, District IT and designated District and college end users will conduct quality assurance testing.
Quality Assurance and Testing a) The supply will be accepted only after quality assurance tests are carried out by the Quality Assurance Wing of BSNL as per prescribed schedule and material passing the test successfully and after authenticated gate pass issued by concerned Authorities.
b) The QA units of BSNL while clearing the equipment/ stores will strictly adhere to the package discipline as described in Purchase Order. Supplies made in full, as per Purchase Order, of all the packages during delivery period only will be deemed to have been supplied within the scheduled delivery period.
Quality Assurance and Testing. During-the delivery of the project, RightNow will provide quality assurance to Customer on the configuration of RightNow during the implementation. The QA process will ensure the RightNow configuration conforms to RightNow best practices guidance and meets the business requirements agreed to within the scope of services. Customer will be responsible for acceptance testing against its business requirements. This includes test planning and management, test case development, and execution of acceptance tests at the individual test case level. RightNow services will be limited to assisting the Customer with test case execution, investigating the root cause of failed test cases and assisting with resolution (if applicable.) It is assumed that the implementation will be rolled out in two phases with each phase involving a QA and testing cycle. Quality Assurance and Testing. Supplier shall apply quality control and quality assurance procedures and in-plant quality control checks for the AQP Products in accordance with industry best practices, and prior to shipment, Supplier will, at its sole cost, perform a full panel of testing on all AQP Products to the extent deemed necessary by TCAM or as otherwise required to confirm compliance with the GALT Standards.
Quality Assurance and Testing. Seller will continue to perform quality assurance and testing with respect to the Buyer’s toner business, as historically performed for the Toner Business, including, without limitation, inventory inspection, testing and reporting.

The Supplier will provide the full contact details of its Quality Manager, or member of staff responsible for quality approval and processes no later than two weeks after the signing of the contract. A quality plan will be generated by the Supplier and this documentation will be made available to the Customer. The Plan should be based around the ‘Bill of Materials’ for the complete deliverable which shows the detail concerning the inspection and testing criteria of each individual part. The plan must also indicate details concerning the documented processes and quality control records that will be used and made available to the Customer. The Supplier will grant access to its work premises for the Customer to undertake periodic quality control inspections as required. These events will generally be associated with the completion of elements of the order where milestone payments are due and during testing and certification of product. The Supplier shall notify the Customer of such events providing a minimum of 14 calendar days’ notice.
Quality Assurance and Testing. Design/Builder shall establish and implement a written quality assurance and testing program that is appropriate for the Project. Owner shall have the right to review such program and receive copies of any test reports, if requested. Owner shall have the right, at Owner's expense, to perform any additional testing or inspection that it deems necessary. If such additional testing reveals the presence of substandard, defective or non-conforming Work, Design/Builder shall pay the cost of such testing.
