Qualifications of Arbitrators; Expenses. (a) The arbitrators in the arbitration proceeding provided for in this Article 15 shall be individuals experienced in the energy construction industry and competent to pass on the matter presented for arbitration.

Qualifications of Arbitrators; Expenses. (a) The arbitrators in the arbitration proceeding provided for in Section 8.2 shall be individuals experienced in the power plant operation and maintenance industry and competent to pass on the matter presented for arbitration, but said arbitrators shall have no interest in or prior connection with Owner, Operator, or any of their respective Affiliates, and shall be impartial toward each Party at the time of their selection.

  • Expenses of Arbitrator Each Party shall pay one-half (½) of the fees and expenses of the Arbitrator.

  • Payment Of Arbitration Costs And Fees The arbitrator shall award all costs and expenses of the arbitration proceeding.

  • Conduct of Arbitration a) The seat of the arbitration shall be at New Delhi, India.
