Agreement Revisions. Following the execution of this Agreement by the Parties, if either Party requests a change to the Agreement in order to (i) correct any inconsistency contained within the Agreement or among the Turbine Supply Documents or (ii) clarify any ambiguities in the Agreement to reflect the intent of the Parties, then the Parties agree to work in good faith to amend the language of the Agreement to conform to any such requested change.
Agreement Revisions. This Agreement may only be revised in writing by X.Xxxxx, or by X.Xxxxx’s publication of a new version on the Service.

If PHS determines that the Revisions materially affect Services provided to Customer and except where the Revisions result from changes to a PHS tariff, PHS will use commercially reasonable effort to notify Customer of the Revisions in the next applicable monthly invoice.
Agreement Revisions. (a) The Participation Agreement (“Agreement”) and its exhibits set forth the terms and conditions that Community Action Agencies (“Agency”) must meet to participate in the Program.

Agreement Revisions. The Seller shall, in coordination and cooperation with Purchaser, prior to the Initial Closing, amend and restate this Agreement to remove the Subsequent Closing and enter into new purchase and sale agreements with respect to each of the Prairie Breeze II Project and the Prairie Breeze III Project, in the form of this Agreement with only such changes as necessary to achieve such separation of the agreements.
