Purposes for Which Meetings May Be Called. If Securities of a series are issuable as Bearer Securities, a meeting of Holders of Securities of such series may be called at any time and from time to time pursuant to this Article to make, give or take any request, demand, authorization, direction, notice, consent, waiver or other action provided by this Indenture to be made, given or taken by Holders of Securities of such series.
Purposes for Which Meetings May Be Called. A meeting of Holders may be called at any time and from time to time pursuant to this Article IX to make, give or take any request, demand, authorization, direction, notice, consent, waiver or other act provided by the Indenture to be made, given or taken by Holders.

A meeting of Holders of Notes may be called at any time and from time to time pursuant to this Article to make, give or take any request, demand, authorization, direction, notice, consent, waiver or other action provided by this Indenture to be made, given or taken by Holders of Notes.
Purposes for Which Meetings May Be Called. A meeting of Holders of Securities of any or all series may be called at any time and from time to time pursuant to the provisions of this Article for any of the following purposes:
(a) to give any notice to the Company or to the Trustee, or to give any directions to the Trustee, or to consent to the waiving of any default hereunder and its consequences, or to take any other action authorized to be taken by Holders of Securities of any or all series, as the case may be, pursuant to any of the provisions of Article Six;
(b) to remove the Trustee and appoint a successor trustee pursuant to the provisions of Article Seven;
(c) to consent to the execution of an indenture or indentures supplemental hereto pursuant to the provisions of Section 10.02; or
(d) to take any other action authorized to be taken by or on behalf of the Holders of any specified principal amount of the Securities of any or all series, as the case may be, under any other provision of this Indenture or under applicable law.
Purposes for Which Meetings May Be Called. A meeting of Holders of Securities may be called at any time and from time to time pursuant to this Article to make, give or take any request, demand, authorization, direction, notice, consent, waiver or other action provided by this Indenture to be made, given or taken by Holders of Securities. Notwithstanding anything contained in this Article 8, the Trustee may, during the pendency of a Default or an Event of Default, call a meeting of Holders of Securities in accordance with its standard practices.
Purposes for Which Meetings May Be Called. A meeting of Holders may be called at any time and from time to time pursuant to the provisions of this Article IX for any of the following purposes:
(a) to give any notice to Issuer or to Trustee, or to give any directions to Trustee, or to waive or to consent to the waiving of any Default or Event of Default hereunder and its consequences, or to take any other action authorized to be taken by Holders pursuant to any of the provisions of Article V;
(b) to remove Trustee or appoint a successor Trustee pursuant to the provisions of Article VI;
(c) to consent to an amendment, supplement or waiver pursuant to the provisions of Section 7.2; or
(d) to take any other action (i) authorized to be taken by or on behalf of the Holders of any specified aggregate principal amount of the Securities under any other provision of this Indenture, or authorized or permitted by law or (ii) which Trustee deems necessary or appropriate in connection with the administration of this Indenture.
Purposes for Which Meetings May Be Called. A meeting of Noteholders may be called at any time and from time to time pursuant to the provisions of this Article IX for any of the following purposes:
(i) to give any notice to the Company or to the Trustee, or to give any directions to the Trustee, or to consent to the waiving of any default hereunder and its consequences, or to take any other action authorized to be taken by Noteholders pursuant to any of the provisions of Article VI;
(ii) to remove the Trustee and appoint a successor trustee pursuant to the provisions of Article VII;
(iii) to consent to the execution of an indenture or indentures supplemental hereto pursuant to the provisions of Section 10.2; or
(iv) to take any other action authorized to be taken by or on behalf of the holders of any specified aggregate principal amount of the Notes under any other provisions of this Indenture or under applicable law.
Purposes for Which Meetings May Be Called. A meeting of Holders of Securities of any series may be called at any time and from time to time pursuant to this Article Fifteen to make, give or take any request, demand, authorization, direction, notice, consent, waiver or other action provided by this Indenture to be made, given or taken by Holders of Securities of such series.
Purposes for Which Meetings May Be Called. A meeting of Debentureholders may be called at any time and from time to time pursuant to this Article to make, give or take any Act provided by this Indenture to be made, given or taken by Debentureholders.
