PURCHASER AND PURCHASER GUARANTOR WARRANTIES. 9.1 The Purchaser warrants to the Seller that each of the warranties set out in Schedule 7 is true and accurate in all respects and not misleading as at the date of this Agreement, save for the warranty set out in paragraph 2 of Schedule 7 which shall be true and accurate in all respects and not misleading as at 5 May 2014, and as at the date of Closing by reference to the facts and circumstances then existing as if references to the date of this Agreement were references to the date of Closing.
