Except as may be otherwise determined by Distributor from time to time, such commissions or concessions shall be uniform to all dealers. At no time shall the Trust receive less than the full net asset value of the Shares, determined in the manner set forth in the then current Prospectus and SAI for the applicable Fund. Distributor shall also be entitled to such commissions and other fees and payments as may be authorized by the Trustees of the Trust from time to time under the Distribution Plan.
