Publicity by Practice. Without the express prior written consent of FIGmd, Practice shall not make any announcements concerning the matters set forth in this Agreement, use the trademarks, names, acronyms, symbols or logos of FIGmd or make any reference to FIGmd in any advertising or promotional material or other communication that is not strictly internal to Practice; provided, however, that Practice may publicly acknowledge that Practice is a participant in the HDW when requested to do so.

  • SAFETY PRACTICES (a) The employer will take reasonable measures to prevent and eliminate any present or potential job hazards which the employees may encounter at their places of work.

  • Pay Practices The Employer recognizes the importance of regularity in pay practices and to the greatest extent possible the Employer will not alter the payment routines.
