Common use of Public Liability and Property Damage Clause in Contracts

Public Liability and Property Damage. Comprehensive public liability insurance with a combined single limit of not less than one million dollars ($1,000,000) (with inflation endorsement) or such larger amount as may hereafter be reasonably requested from time to time by Landlord, insuring against any and all liability with respect to the Premises or arising out of Tenant’s maintenance, use or occupancy thereof.

Public Liability and Property Damage. Comprehensive Broad-form comprehensive public liability insurance with a combined single limit limits of not less than one million dollars One Million Dollars ($1,000,000) per person and One Million Dollars (with inflation endorsement$1,000,000) or such larger amount as may hereafter be reasonably requested from time to time by Landlordeach occurrence, insuring against any and all liability of Lessee with respect to the Premises or arising out of Tenant’s the maintenance, use or occupancy thereof, and property damage liability insurance with a limit of not less than One Million Dollars ($1,000,000) each accident, or One Million Dollars ($1,000,000) combined single limit.
